Payment Options

In order to maintain our high standard of service, we require that payment be made at the time services are rendered. We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.

Pet Insurance: Alisal Pet Clinic recommends that pet owners sign up for pet insurance. Pet insurance helps to ensure that your pet receives the care they need, when they need it. Most often, we recommend Trupanion and ASPCA to our clients. Please keep in mind that with Pet Insurance, you are responsible to pay up front when services are rendered, and the insurance company will reimburse you after you file a claim. You may file a claim to most insurances using the notes from the appointment and a copy of the paid invoice.
